Occupational Therapist

Nealy Pierce, LLC is partnering with a leading hospital to hire an Occupational Therapist for a Neuro Inpatient Rehab unit. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, evidence-based OT services to adults recovering from stroke, brain injury, and complex neurologic conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, individualized treatment planning, and intensive, function-focused interventions to maximize independence and safety. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, participate in care conferences, and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies. You’ll document thoroughly in the EMR, support performance improvement initiatives, and contribute to a patient-centered culture focused on clinical excellence and measurable outcomes.
