Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active OT license for the state of Wisconsin
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting is highly valued
• Strong communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
• Ability to create and adapt individualized treatment plans
• Skilled in assessment, intervention, and documentation processes

Responsibilities:

• Conduct OT assessments and develop customized intervention plans for students
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services within classroom and small group settings
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and other specialists
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and IEP-related information in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Offer recommendations for classroom modifications, assistive technology, and sensory strategies
• Educate and support families and school staff on strategies to enhance student participation
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and school-based team discussions
