Position type: Full-Time Pay/Salary: $18.00-23.00 Location: Sarah D. Culbertson Memorial Hospital – Rushville, IL Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (Varied Hours) Job Type: Full-Time Department: Revenue Cycle – Billing Office Duties Support patients in understanding monthly payment plans and accessing financial aid programs. Assess eligibility and guide patients through application processes. Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements. Serve as a trusted resource for patients with questions about billing and insurance. General Qualifications High School Diploma (degree preferred). Experience in medical billing and knowledge of medical terminology. Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance plans. Strong communication and organizational skills.
