What You'll Do

Help homeowners and contractors choose the right paint and supplies
Mix and tint paint accurately
Recommend products based on project needs
Keep the department organized, stocked, and inviting
Build lasting customer relationships through outstanding service
Support sales by sharing your product knowledge and expertise

Requirements:

Knows paint products, finishes, and applications
Is accurate, organized, and detail-oriented
Communicates confidently with both DIY customers and professional contractors
Enjoys helping customers solve problems
Takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

2+ years of paint sales or paint department experience
Experience with paint mixing and tinting systems
Knowledge of the home improvement industry preferred
Comfortable using POS systems and basic Microsoft Office applications
Valid driver's license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Weekend availability required
