Sr Analyst Payroll

Job Overview RTX Corporation is an aerospace and defense company focused on delivering advanced systems and services worldwide. This position is part of the RTX Enterprise Services team, specifically the Global Time & Labor Management Team. What You Will Do Implement new international Time & Attendance programs around the globe. Perform all activities necessary to process international time feeds for Payroll and document and update procedures. Manage workflow to ensure all labor transactions are processed accurately and timely. Audit, analyze, identify and resolve inconsistencies between HR, Time/Payroll, and Accounting systems. Understand proper taxation of employer paid benefits, statutory labor laws, and local norms for supported countries. Support compliance monitoring, issue tracking and resolution, and statutory filing management with the ability to design solutions. Provide excellent customer service. Recognize opportunities, recommend process improvements, and lead projects to increase efficiency and ensure quality. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance or related field and 2 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree; or 6 years of applicable experience without a degree. 2 years of experience with Payroll/Labor. 2 or more years of experience with Enterprise Payroll Software such as Workday, ADP EV5, and ADP Workforce Manager. Experience and knowledge of Payroll best practices. Preferred Qualifications Strong PC skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written). Knowledge and experience with policy creation, project management, and communicating guidance to leadership at multiple levels. Solid experience with 3rd Party Payroll providers such as ADP. Compensation Salary range: $68,900 – $131,100 USD per year. Compensation is based on role, function, and experience.
