Project Manager / Superintendent

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage all on site construction activities for multiple custom residential projects Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and labor crews. Ensure all work aligns with approved plans, specifications, and River Brook quality standards Collaborate closely with in house architects, designers, and project managers Manage project schedules, materials, and deliveries to maintain efficiency and momentum Maintain accurate daily logs, schedules, and documentation Enforce OSHA standards and River Brook safety policies on all job sites Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and best practices Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing clear and professional updates Lead and participate in morning meetings to set daily goals and expectations Proactively identify issues and resolve them before they impact schedule or budget Qualifications Minimum of 5+ years experience as a Residential Construction Superintendent Proven experience managing high end custom residential projects Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and building codes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent leadership, communication, and problem solving skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Experience using Buildertrend or similar construction management software Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on high end, design driven residential projects A collaborative, professional team environment Long term growth opportunities within a values driven company #J-18808-Ljbffr River Brook
