Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental health concerns to develop tailored treatment plans based on their individual needs. \n
- Provide individual therapy using a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. \n
- Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as necessary to maximize effectiveness. \n
- Offer teletherapy sessions to a diverse clientele, ensuring that you accommodate the preferences and accessibility needs of your clients. \n
- Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and regulatory requirements. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development and training to enhance your clinical skills and remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and families facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Our approach integrates individualized therapy with a focus on client empowerment, resilience, and overall mental well-being. By employing a strengths-based perspective, you will help clients navigate their challenges while fostering their autonomy and personal growth.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid license in your state as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required. \n
- A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or an equivalent field is essential. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients. \n
- Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences and challenges are critical. \n
- Strong organizational and time-management skills are needed to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities. \n

- Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with telehealth platforms is advantageous. \n
- Background working with diverse populations and specific mental health issues that align with our client base will be viewed favorably. \n
- Prior experience developing and implementing treatment plans and utilizing various therapeutic methodologies. \n

- We offer a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
