Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients admitted to the intensive care unit
• Manage and monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation
• Administer and titrate vasoactive medications in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
• Deliver and coordinate life-sustaining treatments and interventions
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary care team

Required Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Ohio
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior experience in an intensive care unit (ICU) setting
• Demonstrated ability to care for patients on mechanical ventilation and vasoactive drips

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCRN certification or pursuit of critical care certification
• Experience with hemodynamic monitoring and interpretation
