Contract | PRN | Days | Approximately 3–4 hours per day, 3–4 days per week

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients on a PRN basis during day shift hours
• Evaluate and treat patients in accordance with individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment
• Present valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival to the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
• Current and valid state or federal issued photo identification
• Ability to commit to a PRN schedule of approximately 3–4 hours per day, 3–4 days per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a registry or per diem capacity
• Ability to integrate quickly into an existing therapy team with minimal orientation
