Overview Maintenance Assistant – We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Assistant to join our facilities team. This role contributes to the smooth operation and upkeep of our premises, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to support facility maintenance, we encourage you to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist with routine maintenance and repairs of building systems, equipment, and fixtures Perform general cleaning and upkeep of common areas, including hallways, restrooms, and workspaces Support the inspection and reporting of maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel Help with setup and breakdown for company events or meetings Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and tools Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in maintenance, custodial work, or a related field preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Ability to operate hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks Join our team and be part of a company that values a collaborative and supportive work environment.
