Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality respiratory care in a short-term acute care environment. The RRT will be responsible for delivering effective patient care, responding to emergency situations, and supporting the healthcare team in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
• Participate in floor care, emergency response, and rapid response activities.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Schedule and Work Conditions

• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00).
• Participation in block schedules is required.
• Weekend shifts required: Every other weekend.

Patient Ratios

The expected patient-to-provider ratio is 1:11.

Qualifications

• Current Washington State RRT licensure in hand is required.
• Specialized knowledge of respiratory care procedures and protocols.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and respond promptly in emergency situations.
