Compensation $15 per hour Plus TIPS Responsibilities: Prepare dough, cheese, sauces, and pizza toppings using preparation guidelines and proper portioning tools Ensure all food and other items are stored and dated properly Adhere to food safety standards and sanitation practices Ensure the quality of the ingredients we use following a FIFO standard Monitor and maintain the quality of each product Monitor inventory and place food orders as necessary Qualifications Being a people person Reliable transportation Able to stand for prolonged periods of time Being punctual and reliable Preferred Experience: Cooking/kitchen prep (1 year) preferred Will train the right person Who We Are In the 199s, Peter Howey & Aaron Nocks were experimenting with homemade pizza in their kitchen with no pretense other than making great pizzas for themselves and the Villanova rowing team.
