Generous hourly pay rate of $30 per hour SCHEDULE An RBT will work on all student days during the school calendar year, 8am - 3pm LOCATION Engle Education Center: 257 State Rd, West Grove, PA 19390 New school opening April 2025 A Registered Behavior Technician / RBT is a paraprofessional who can work directly with students who have significant behavioral and/or instructional needs including students who require daily implementation of a crisis management plan; require complex verbal behavior programming; and/or extensive data collection, graphing, and analysis. The RBT is responsible for the direct implementation of behavior‑analytic services including instruction and behavioral support The RBT practices under the close, ongoing supervision of a BCBA To be successful in this role, you must meet all of the following expectations: School‑based cases, must have availability to work Monday through Friday following the academic calendar year Maintain RBT certification as mandated by the BACB Maintain current certification in both CPR/First Aid and Safety Care Training (De‑escalation, and Escorts & Restraints) Requirements EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: HS Diploma or equivalency National certification as an RBT - active Will consider applicants with completed 40 hours of RBT training under Edition Task List 2 who need onsite competency by a BCBA Worked a minimum of 1 year directly with individuals with special needs - preferred CREDENTIALING (Clearances current within 12 months) PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance PA Department of Education FBI – Use code 1KG6XN TB Screening - current within 3 months Employees scheduled for 30+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits Employer paid base medical plan!
