Operations Coordinator V

To support a growing operations team, the full-time Operations Coordinator V will manage timekeeper setup, billing data integrity, and program management initiatives while working remotely on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 support and synthesize issues for management review Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives and knowledge base documentation Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and outside counsel to research and resolve discrepancies Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, invoicing, or a related financial operations role Demonstrated experience in a high-volume support, customer service, or operations environment Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing accuracy or quality Experience with ticketing/case management systems and e-billing platforms Background in process documentation or workflow improvement
