As a Licensed Financial Banker within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Charlotte, NC. Job Description Develop and execute strategies to proactively drive Mass Affluent client acquisition, outreach and retention for purposes of generating revenue and deepening share of wallet with existing clients. Proactively generate and manage leads and hold client appointments virtually, leveraging needs‑based and consultative conversational skills to grow share of wallet and attract new mass‑affluent households. Virtually develop and maintain internal partnerships to drive new revenue, acquisition and growth, manage risk and maximize profitability for the entire client portfolio, and deliver a differentiated client experience from acquisition through onboarding and servicing. Leverage client insight and sales tools to translate into actionable sales strategies and tactics, proactively identifying and successfully converting sales opportunities while delivering an exceptional client experience. Lead and collaborate with a wide range of ecosystem partners, develop external ecosystem leadership as a Center of Influence (COI), own the client relationship, and hold partners accountable for deliverables while delivering the Mass Affluent Advice and Planning value proposition through a joint Banking and Investing partnership. Ensure a strong client commitment and advocacy by delivering proactive and responsive service to meet client goals. Work Experience – Roles at this level typically require a university or college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. Education – Bachelor’s degree. Certifications – None required. Licenses – FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or 63 & 65) required; Life and Health Insurance required.
