Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $20.80 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeSat02:30 PM - 10:30 PMSun02:30 PM - 10:30 PM What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas, greet employees and visitors, verify identification and access permissions, and document arrivals, departures, and visitor activity.
• Answer phones, manage inquiries, and communicate clearly with staff, guests, and/or contractors regarding site rules, directions, and reporting procedures.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate chain of command.
• Support access control and other security-related operations for a professional aerospace and defense location, helping to deter unauthorized entry and maintain accurate front desk records.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
