Licensed Practical NurseLakeview Health Center - West Salem, WI1. LPN – Part-Time with Benefits - PM SHIFT • Hours: 64 hours per pay period • Schedule: 2:00 pm to 10:30 pm, including every other weekend & holiday rotation • Wage: $26.37 – 31.13 per hour • Additional pay: Applicable shift and weekend differentials • Benefits: Eligible for benefits2. LPN – Variable Hours (0–39 hours per pay period) - AM SHIFT • Hours: 0–39 hours per pay period • Schedule: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, including every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday) & holiday rotation • Wage: $26.37 – 31.13 per hour • Additional pay: Applicable shift and weekend differentialsPosition SummaryLakeview Health Center & Assisted Living is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality resident care within our long-term care setting.
