Web Developer

Role Description

We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with strong hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM and system integrations. This role is primarily focused on designing, building, and optimizing HubSpot solutions, while also supporting web applications and integrations across platforms.

• Build and maintain web applications and internal tools integrated with HubSpot
• Design and optimize HubSpot CRM workflows, automation, and pipelines
• Develop and manage HubSpot integrations with external systems using APIs
• Maintain CRM data structure, accuracy, and system configuration within HubSpot
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across HubSpot and integrated systems
• Collaborate with teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in web or software development
• Experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar frameworks)
• Advanced HubSpot automation or CRM/Marketing Operations experience
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM
• Good understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup
