Canvassing Representative / Direct Marketing Associate Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year Schedule 7 hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM Saturday (if needed) and weekends as needed Are you energetic, outgoing, and love meeting new people? We are currently seeking Direct Marketing Associates in the Massachusetts and New Hampshire area. The full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation, Renewal by Andersen, is united by the common goal of making a difference in the lives of our homeowners and the communities we serve. Successful candidates can start earning at $20-$22 per hour with a potential bonus starting on average at $1,000 biweekly commission, plus $1,000 per 4-week period (uncapped bonus plan!). Responsibilities Knock on doors and connect with homeowners to introduce Renewal by Andersen’s window and door solutions. Work independently in assigned neighborhoods using company tools to track leads and territory data. Represent our brand with professionalism, positivity, and product knowledge. Share ideas to improve canvassing strategies and customer engagement. Attend team meetings and stay up to date on promotions and best practices. Perks Incentive plan based on performance.
