Bussers are responsible for making sure our restaurant shines for our guests! As a busser, you are vital to the operation; ensuring we have quick table turns, a clean restaurant and an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You must exude a high level of hospitality. A busser is responsible for items such as breaking down and resetting tables, cleaning, organizing, restocking and assisting guests. We have fun, grow together, and strive to leave a positive lasting impression on everyone we meet.What success looks like:Busser duties:Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leaveReset tables according to restaurant standardsRefill water glasses and assist with bread or chips service (if applicable)Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, and service stationsStock service stations with utensils, napkins, and suppliesFood runner duties:Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accuratelyEnsure dishes are presented correctly and match ticket ordersCommunicate clearly with kitchen staff and servers regarding ordersAssist in running beverages and condiments as neededCheck in with guests to ensure satisfaction after food deliveryWhat you bring:Customer service / restaurant experience preferredCurrent food handler's license18+ years of ageMust have a flexible schedule and be able to work A.M. or P.M. shifts including weekends & holidays. Open availability is preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods.Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.Don't meet every single requirement?
