RN - Case Manager

RN Case ManagerThis position resides within a Level II trauma hospital with 440 beds and provides access to associated rehabilitation and psychiatric services. The team operates under a triad model that includes registered nurses, social workers, and certified medical assistants.Key responsibilities include conducting initial and concurrent stay review assessments utilizing Interqual as part of the utilization review process. The environment is fast-paced and high-acuity, where the ability to adapt and respond efficiently is essential.Typical Shift: 8-hour shifts with rotations every other weekend from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Active RN license in Florida or compact state.2-4 years of experience as an RN Case Manager in an acute care setting.Preferred experience with HCA systems.Familiarity with Meditech, Midas, Nate, Outlook, and Imobile systems.Ability to adapt to various units as needed.Experience in a float position is required.Business casual attire with a white lab coat is expected.Not applicable.
