Job Summary:

As a CNA at Greenwood Center, you will provide high-quality care to residents, work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN), and support other nursing staff in a collaborative, resident-centered environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents in accordance with facility policies, physician orders, and safe nursing practices
• Assist RNs and other nursing staff with daily duties and tasks
• Document resident care and progress in accordance with facility policies and regulations
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in care conferences and care plan updates
• Promote teamwork, professionalism, and effective communication

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program
• Current, unencumbered State of Rhode Island CNA license
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with professionalism and tact
• Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented
