Beckman Coulter Diagnostics seeks a Health Systems Executive to build strategic partnerships with hospital network leadership in Northern California. The role involves developing business plans, leading sales campaigns, and coordinating service delivery across integrated delivery networks while working remotely with substantial travel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain C-suite relationships within health systems and key stakeholder groups
- Build and lead year-over-year strategic business plans aligned with customer and company value drivers
- Lead sales campaigns using Danaher Business System tools with regional teams
- Partner with service organization to oversee installation, implementation, and post-install support
- Provide informal coaching and indirect leadership to regional sales representatives and area directors
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or sciences; master's degree preferred
- 9+ years of sales experience in hospital or laboratory settings
- Demonstrated ability to conduct executive-level presentations clearly and concisely
- Strong communication and organizational skills with time management proficiency
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams, and SharePoint
- Understanding of hospital financial operations and healthcare economics
- Ability to travel 50-75% of the time
Compensation: $160,000-$170,000 base; total compensation target $260,000-$270,000 annually with commission eligibility
