ROLE DESCRIPTION

As an Insurance Account Representative - Sales with Michael Garey Insurance Agency Inc., your primary responsibility is to generate new business by calling prospects, identifying their insurance needs, and closing sales .

This is an active sales position. Success comes from consistently making outbound calls, having quality conversations with prospective customers, following up on opportunities, and asking for the business. The more calls you make, the more opportunities you create to close deals and increase your earnings

You will help prospects understand their insurance options, recommend products that fit their needs, and guide them through the process of becoming customers.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, competitive, confident on the phone, and comfortable asking for the sale . If you enjoy talking with people, working toward measurable goals, and being rewarded for your results, we want to hear from you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make consistent outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
• Generate quotes and explain available insurance products and coverage options.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Ask for the business and close sales
• Follow up with prospects who have received quotes or expressed interest.
• Cross-sell additional products when appropriate.
• Meet or exceed established call, quote, and sales goals .
• Maintain an organized pipeline and accurate records of prospect and customer interactions.
• Provide professional, timely communication throughout the sales process.
• Build relationships that create opportunities for referrals and future business.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day making outbound phone calls .
• Sales-minded, goal-oriented, and motivated by results.
• Confident asking questions, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale.
• Able to stay motivated and consistent when dealing with rejection.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple prospects and follow-ups.
• Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred.
• Insurance experience is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to learn our products, sales process, and expectations.

Compensation: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
