The Sales Manager at Classic Ford - Shelby will be responsible for leading a team in achieving sales targets and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals.
- Manage and motivate sales team members to achieve individual and team targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in automotive sales management.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong understanding of customer service principles.
