Core Technologies: Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js ecosystem (Hooks, Lifecycle methods, Context API).State Management: Expertise in state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX. Build Tools: Proficiency with modern build tools and bundlers, including Webpack, Vite, or Babel. Version Control: Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.' Architecture & Development: Design and develop complex, modular, and reusable React components and front-end architectures. Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast, responsive, and accessible applications. Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers, backend engineers (RESTful APIs/GraphQL), and product managers to define requirements. Code Quality: Enforce coding standards through code reviews, unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and documentation.' Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$100000 to $130000 Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
