Hiring: Compensation Consultant

Virginia (Remote/Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Consultant to lead a comprehensive compensation and classification study and provide market-driven recommendations to support equitable and competitive pay practices.

Key Requirements:

✓ 5+ years of compensation consulting experience

✓ Expertise in salary benchmarking and job classification

✓ Strong analytical and reporting skills

✓ Experience with compensation surveys and pay equity analysis

✓ Advanced Excel and HRIS knowledge

✓ CCP certification preferred
