ROLE DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer service focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This part-time position is responsible for assisting customers with billing inquiries, policy questions, and general account support while delivering exceptional customer service. We are committed to helping our team grow and provide training with opportunities for advancement within the agency. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service through phone, email, and in person interactions. 
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. 
• Computer skills, and familiar with Microsoft programs,
