About This Role The New Grad RN Resident in the Neurology Stepdown Unit at Cleveland Clinic is designed for recent nursing graduates eager to provide high-quality care to patients with neurological conditions. This role offers a comprehensive residency program to support the transition into acute care nursing. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60 per hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Department/Unit: Neurology Stepdown Unit Schedule: Full-time, rotating days and nights What You’ll Do Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs. Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care. Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate corrective actions. Seek supervision, consultation, and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently. Document in patients’ medical records. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (Diploma, ADN, or BSN program) required. Experience New grad or less than one year RN work experience required. If experienced RN, must have less than one year current acute direct patient care RN experience. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) required. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required if in a Critical Care area, to be presented upon hire or within the first year of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr IntelliResume
