We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Admissions and Marketing to join our team at Etowah Health and Rehabilitation in Etowah, TN. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving our admissions and marketing efforts to promote our skilled nursing and rehabilitation services throughout our community.

About the Role:
As the Director of Admissions and Marketing, you will lead the admissions and marketing teams to develop and implement strategic marketing plans to increase awareness and enrollment of our services. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the admissions department, including developing and maintaining relationships with referral sources, admissions processes, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote our services and increase market share

• Manage the admissions department, including hiring, training, and supervising staff

• Foster strong relationships with referral sources, including hospitals, physicians, and other healthcare providers

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of local market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs

• Prepare and present marketing reports to leadership and stakeholders

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts

• Manage budgets and track metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in marketing or admissions leadership role

• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
