About the Position

Job Title: Radiologic Technologist Profession: Radiology Specialty: Radiologic Technology Duration: 32 hours per week Shift: Varied Hours per Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an acute care setting License: Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts required Certifications: Currently registered as R.T.(R)(ARRT) or registry-eligible with R.T.(R)(ARRT) within 6 months of hire; BLS required Must-Have: Graduate of an education program accredited by the Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Must be computer proficient including PACS and HIS/RIS. Ability to read, write, and communicate in English. Ability to maintain confidential information required. Description: The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures. The technologist will work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. The position requires flexibility to work day or second shift as scheduled. The individual must maintain a high level of professionalism and patient care. Experience in an acute care setting is essential for success in this role.
