Based in Russellville, AR with a full-service maintenance terminal in North Little Rock, Transco operates 470+ power units and 1,300 dry van trailers. The fleet is built around ultra-modern assets, JIT-focused freight, and a culture that recognizes and celebrates its drivers. Pets welcome. No inward-facing cameras. CDL-A Truck Driver - Team Job Details

Team pay built for high performance. Teams can earn up to $220,000 annually* together, with base CPM ranging 74-92CPM* depending on experience. Strong miles mean strong income - Transco's pay structure is built to keep rewarding both.
Scheduled raises and mileage bonuses. You'll receive a guaranteed raise at your 1-year anniversary. Teams that exceed 20,000 miles in a month also earn an additional 5CPM bump - built-in performance rewards that stack over time.*
$15,000 Sign-On Bonus per team - available now. Qualified teams may receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus* for a limited time, depending on location.
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus per FULLY ENDORSED team - available now. Qualified fully endorsed teams may receive a $25,000 sign-on bonus* for a limited time, depending on location.
Great home time. Real flexibility. Get home as often as weekly, or stay out longer to stack more miles and income. Transco gives team drivers the flexibility to run on their terms.*
Modern trucks built for the long haul. The fleet averages just 1 year and 2 months old - ultra-modern equipment designed for high-mileage team running. No inward-facing cameras. Full-service maintenance terminals available when you're in the area.

Driver Requirements

Valid CDL A license
Minimum of 6 months of verifiable OTR tractor-trailer experience
Hazmat and Doubles endorsement required for select positions; preferred for all
