You'll navigate the complex world of insurance approvals while supporting our referral and medical records teams to create a seamless care experience. Every authorization you secure, every patient assistance application you complete, and every barrier you remove directly impacts the health and wellbeing of the community we serve.

What You'll Do

• Process and manage prior authorizations for medications, procedures, and services with efficiency and attention to detail
• Provide critical backend support to our referral and medical records specialists, ensuring smooth care coordination
• Navigate EMR systems and online prior authorization portals like a pro
• Support patients through the patient assistance application process, connecting them with resources that make care affordable
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, insurance companies, and clinical staff
• Manage competing priorities with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Serve as a patient advocate, always keeping their needs at the center of everything you do

Pay Range : $16.00 - $20.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
