Customer Experience & Merchandising Lead
JCPenney
JCPenney is seeking a Sales Floor Assistant to drive customer service and profitable sales growth. You will engage associates, manage merchandise standards, and support inventory and visual initiatives in a dynamic retail environment.
The role involves restocking, RFID inventory processes, and supporting omnichannel orders and returns. You will contribute to a clean, organized store and help achieve performance standards while offering an associate discount and benefits.
