Arcade Attendant

Job Description:At Main Event, our Games Attendants are at the center of the action on our games floor! As a Games Attendant, you are technologically savvy, outgoing, and know how to create FUN memories for our Guests! You are knowledgeable about all our games and entertainment options and can make recommendations based on a Guest’s interests and needs. You monitor event activities, safety protocols, and make redemption suggestions so our Guests can take home the best prizes!WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING DAILY?Monitoring activities such as Laser Tag, Mini Golf, Gravity Ropes, Escape Rooms, Gel Blasters, and Rock Climbing to ensure they are stocked, clean and safeCreating memorable experiences by providing exceptional serviceMaking sure the games and Winner’s Choice are clean and stockedAssisting Guests with questions regarding point redemptionPerforming minor repairs to games and laser tag vestsPartnering with the Technical Team to report wear-and-tear and damage to games or equipment (communication is key!)Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)Welcome and engage with all guests while being an ambassador of FUN!Performing opening, mid-day, or closing dutiesPOSITION REQUIREMENTSExperience in a similar role a plus, but not requiredGuest-focused mindset (We heart our Guests!)Savvy with technology and a willingness to learn new thingsTeamwork is a must (Teamwork makes the dream work!)Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and GuestsAvailability to workdays, nights and/or weekendsPERKS!Main Event Team Members are expected to give their best on the job, so we do our part to ensure you have what you need to stay motivated, valued, and embrace living your best life!Awesome culture that’s inclusive, rewarding, and FUN!50% off food, beverages, activities, and unlimited gameplay!Tuition Reimbursement Program (yes, please!)We help others grow!
