Master’s degree or Doctorate in nursing (Family Nurse Practitioner)3. Possess a valid BLS certification4. Possess a valid DEA license and Board Certification (ANCC)5. Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.7.
