Clinical Supervisor Location: Magnolia Place Pay: $105,000/Annually Your Toolbox Includes Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology; licensed as LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist in good standing with the BBS Two years post-licensure, with ability to supervise clinical staff per BBS regulations 2-4 years of direct service experience 2+ years of management or supervisory experience Experience serving children and families in social service or mental health settings Exceptionally strong writing skills, with clear and concise clinical documentation Project management experience and a track record of community service Your Superpowers Should Include Supervising case navigators and community engagement specialists, from recruitment to performance evaluation Ensuring all clinical documentation meets DMH and agency standards, timelines, and guidelines Managing program budgets and funding to ensure resources are used effectively Reviewing clinical assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes for quality and compliance Monitoring staff development, EBP training, and certification progress Building strong relationships with outside agencies, schools, county staff, and the community Responding to client concerns and grievances to maintain high satisfaction Supporting onboarding, training, and chart audits to keep the program running smoothly Representing the program at community outreach events and DMH meetings Perks That Pack a Punch Vacation & Wellness Days Elevate University for career growth Bi-weekly & semi-annual bonuses for clinical excellence Referral rewards that actually reward DEI Non‑Profit of the Year – and we live it every day #J-18808-Ljbffr Allforkids
