This position offers the chance to deepen your skills and stay relevant in the ever-evolving field of data analytics.Responsibilities- Leading data analytics initiatives to drive insights and inform strategic decision-making for clients- Developing and implementing innovative business intelligence solutions to optimize performance and enhance competitive advantage- Utilizing advanced analytics techniques and tools such as Python, Oracle Business Intelligence, and QlikView to analyze complex data sets- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to identify and address data challenges effectively- Overseeing the deployment of scalable data visualization and analytics solutions to support client objectives- Promoting continuous process improvement and embracing change to enhance data analytics capabilities- Coaching and mentoring teams to solve complex problems and deliver quality results- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine analytics strategies- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations, maintaining composure and focusWhat You Must Have- At least a Bachelor's degree- At least 7 years of experienceWhat Sets You Apart- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Biology/Biomedical Sciences, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Financial Mathematics/Quantitative Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Project/Technology Management, Risk Management/Insurance, Science- Leveraging advanced data analytics tools like QlikView and Spotfire- Demonstrating proficiency in Python and Java for data-driven solutions- Applying systems thinking to identify and address complex challenges- Excelling in strategic questioning and stakeholder engagement- Developing impactful business intelligence reports and dashboards- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedbackTravel RequirementsUp to 80%Job Posting End DateThe salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
