Wound Nurse RN

Chase City Health & Rehab Center has an opportunity for an energetic, compassionate and dedicated full-time Wound Nurse RN to join our team of compassionate caregivers.

As a Wound Nurse RN, you will:

• Assess and care for wounds
• Educate clinical team on wound care and prevention
• Timely and accurately document resident care in EMR

Qualifications

Qualifications for a Wound Nurse - RN:

• Current RN license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
• Current CPR Certification
• Certification as wound care nurse (preferred)
• One year of RN experience (preferred)
• Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)
