Qualifications 10+ years of construction field operations experience. Experience with Sunrooms, Patio Enclosures, Windows, and Doors. You should have: Expert knowledge of all product lines and installation methods. Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve service issues. Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills. Comfort using technology, tablets, and digital tools. Excellent organization and time‑management skills. Ability to think quickly and adapt in the field. A proactive leadership style with outstanding communication skills. Ability to build positive relationships with customers, employees, and subcontractors while delivering win‑win solutions every time. Performance Expectations Meet or exceed branch revenue goals. Maintain an outstanding 90‑Day Branch Quality. Keep projects on schedule according to budgeting timelines. Achieve 90%+ customer satisfaction on service surveys. Develop Winning Teams Apprentice ➜ Installer within 3 months. Installer ➜ Lead Installer within 9 months. Subcontractor fully qualified for installation within 3 months. Generate online reviews from at least 30% of completed installations.
