This executive role is pivotal in leading the clinical and nursing strategy for the largest dialysis platform in the U.S., with a focus on quality, regulatory and compliance, clinical education, and transformation. The successful candidate will be a senior nurse executive with a Master’s degree in nursing or a related field, and a doctorate is preferred. They must have a proven track record in enterprise clinical strategy, quality, regulatory compliance, and transformation, particularly in large-scale, multi-site, national healthcare settings. The role demands a leader with the ability to influence across a matrixed, for-profit organization, and who is adept at translating clinical excellence into measurable patient outcomes and business value. Applicants for the SVP, CNO position at the company should be Registered Nurses with a Master’s degree in nursing or a related field, and a doctorate is preferred.
