Manager

About our company:

• Company name: Golden Mobile Detailing. (goldenmobiledetailing.com).
• We are a mobile detailing company. (Mobile services Spring-Fall), (Shop service based in the Winter).

We are in need of a manager position, within Wisconsin ONLY.

• Experience in Sales.
• Driver's license.
• Willingness to learn + work.
• Wants to grow a company with us.

There is an opportunity to make $3,000-$6000+/Month with this position, but it's a high-skilled position.

• Google reviews.
• Getting referrals (having the customer post our services on Facebook).
• Getting customers on our maintenance programs.
• Upselling customers.

Employee Management:
You will be tracking and managing what employees are doing on a day-to-day basis. Here's the tasks:

• Tracking what van employees use on a day/day basis.
• Checking if their on time.
• Making sure they clock in + out at right times.
• Making sure they are wearing our company polo on a daily basis.
• Checking over employees' work + helping them with detailing a little bit.
• Ordering supplies.

And you will be tracking this every day by filling out a Google Sheet - by filling out the google sheet at the end of every day, it is an additional $15/day.

• Base pay: $400/Week+.
• $5/Review.
• $5/Referral (having the customer post our services on Facebook).
• $10/Maintenance Program.
• $15/Google Sheet Form Filled out.
• 15% Commission/Upsold Customer.
• 25% of all tips from customers.

Next spring/summer we could have 5-8+ jobs per day.

• $20-$35+/Day from reviews.
• $20-$35+/Day from referrals.
• $20-$50+/Day from getting customers on maintenance programs.
• $50+/Day from upselling.
• $10+/Day for tips.

If your sales + people skills are great, this should be a problem for you to execute at this every day, and make $3,000 +/Month.
