Upscale Kitchen Manager - Lead BOH & Quality

Katella Deli

Katella Deli is seeking a Kitchen Manager to run daily kitchen operations, ensure recipes and standards, and supervise BOH staff. You will oversee line cooking, food safety, and presentation to deliver a genuine guest experience. The role requires 2+ years in a high-volume kitchen, hands-on leadership, and ability to train, schedule, and manage a 20–30 person team.
