Senior Appian DeveloperLead end-to-end design, development, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise-scale Appian BPM applications and workflow automation solutions. Define application architecture, technical standards, governance frameworks, and best practices for Appian development teams. Design and develop Appian components including SAIL Interfaces, Process Models, Records, Sites, Expression Rules, Decision Rules, Integrations, Reports, and Dashboards. Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, architecture assessments, and performance optimization initiatives. Design and implement integrations with enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, JDBC, Kafka, and platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Oracle. Analyze business processes, translate business requirements into BPM workflows, and drive digital transformation and process automation initiatives. Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, QA teams, and stakeholders in Agile environments to ensure successful project delivery.
