Associate Dentist Opportunity Private Practice with Tech & Real Mentorship

Location: Salem, Oregon
Status: Full-Time | 4 Days/Week
Pay: $200K$400K+

This is a private, doctor-led practice where mentorship is real, and your growth is a priority. You will work closely with Dr. Travis Hunsaker, who is a dedicated mentor and lifelong learner deeply invested in developing clinicians. He holds a Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry, an honor earned by fewer than 2% of dentists. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. As a recognized implant specialist in Oregon, Dr. Hunsaker provides mentorship that is built into your regular schedule. You will have structured time for case reviews and coaching, along with clinical growth led by someone who leads by example. This is not a DSO environment but a place where we prioritize your development and excellence in dentistry.
