This position works on a rotating 12-hour schedule, paid biweekly. Responsibilities Material handling: includes taking samples, weighing and loading materials, packaging materials. Operation of production equipment and monitoring status of the production processes, while maintaining safety and quality standards. Testing and documenting product specifications and calculating adjustments through use of various spreadsheets to meet customer specifications. Lifting and moving of up to 50 lbs. Ability to read, follow and execute all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining all necessary shift paperwork including written and electronic records. Maintain a clean workspace and environment 100% adherence to all safety practices and quality assurance systems. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Willing and able to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) Willing and able to lift 50 lbs Willing and able to work on a 12-hour rotating schedule Willing and able to work overtime to meet business needs Basic computer knowledge Able to climb (stairs and ladders) Able to operate a forklift Able to use basic tools (pliers, wrenches, hand cart, dolly, etc.) Able to work outside in various weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.) Able to pass medical and drug screening tests Able to provide coverage on weekends, evenings, nights and holidays as scheduled on a regular basis Preferred skill sets Prior manufacturing experience Prior experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks, or like equipment Associates Degree or higher Experience using SAP Technical and/or Mechanical background Join our Talent Community to stay connected with us!
