Senior Director, Product Management

Ibotta is seeking a **Senior Director of Product Management** to oversee the IPN Campaign Platform. Your job will be to lead its vision, strategy, and execution. Including the IPN Portal and the APIs sitting underneath, this product stack is used by Clients, Sellers/Account Managers, and Operations to discover insights, activate campaigns, optimize performance, and understand outcomes. It is critical to ensuring the IPN operates as a unified, intuitive, high-performing platform that reflects Ibotta’s evolution from a promotions marketplace into a modern performance marketing engine.You will oversee a growing team of Product Managers across Campaign Design, Optimization, Performance, and Portal Experience, shaping how the IPN supports all user personas and serves as the connective tissue across the full campaign lifecycle. You will also infuse AI into the product process for your team, leveraging AI technologies both within the product and within the product development lifecycle. This is a highly strategic, high-visibility leadership role that requires deep partnership with Engineering, Data Science, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Operations.This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.**What you will be doing:*** Own the end-to-end vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for the IPN Campaign Platform, ensuring it delivers a unified, intuitive, insight-driven experience for clients, sellers/account managers, and ops* Lead, coach, and scale a team of Product Managers across Setup, Optimization, Performance, and Portal Experience; setting direction, standards, and expectations for high-quality product work* Drive adoption of AI-driven product workflows, helping your team level up their AI-fluency and ability to drive the product process with AI at the center* Champion the transformation of the Portal from a promotions interface into an intelligent, predictive performance marketing platform, aligning teams and stakeholders around this vision* Ensure the Portal operates as a single, coherent platform by aligning information architecture, workflows, navigation, and UI patterns across all surfaces through your PM team* Drive platform-wide collaboration with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, UX, Product Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Ops, ensuring teams are aligned on priorities and delivering against shared goals* Oversee the integration of Market Insights, Setup workflows, Optimization tools, and Performance Reporting into a seamless end-to-end journey that supports campaign creation, activation, and performance understanding* Set product priorities, define success metrics, and lead quarterly and strategic planning for Portal initiatives, ensuring your Product Managers and partner teams are sequenced and resourced appropriately.* Represent the Campaign design & execution experience in senior leadership forums* Build a high-performing, customer-obsessed product culture grounded in clarity, ownership, deep customer empathy, and high-velocity execution through others* Uphold Ibotta’s Core Values: Integrity, Boldness, Ownership, Teamwork, Transparency, and “A good idea can come from anywhere.”**What We’re Looking For:*** 8–12+ years of Product Management experience, with 5+ years managing Product Managers and leading through teams* Experience with advertising or performance marketing platforms, such as campaign setup, pacing/budgeting, targeting, optimization, measurement, or reporting surfaces* Experience leading multi-surface, multi-persona platforms such as enterprise SaaS, ad managers, marketing platforms, or complex data products* Experience with API platforms and how they inform front-end user experiences* Demonstrated AI-fluency - you understand how to apply AI tooling (e.g. Claude, ChatGPT, etc) to your work. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary. Equity is included in overall compensation package.
