Communications Consultant, Specialist

Job Title

Partner with senior communicators to support day-to-day executive communications needs. Ownership over library of key divisional facts and figures to support communications across the PW Comms team. Support internal events and leadership forums through content development and logistics. Support publishing and distribution across internal and external platforms. Maintain editorial calendars, content trackers, and team documents.

Who We're Looking For

Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity. Exceptional attention to detail and quality control. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously. Team player with a willingness to jump in and support across priorities. Willing to get up to speed quickly on the business and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, or marketing communications. Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.Com/B.M.M.) in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field a plus. Proficient skills in communication tools and platforms like SharePoint, MS Teams, Canva, and content management systems a plus.
