SummaryGeorgia Transformer Corp. is seeking an experienced Production Superintendent to lead daily manufacturing operations within our transformer production facility. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, workforce development, and operational performance while ensuring production schedules and customer commitments are a

chieved.The Production Superintendent will provide leadership to supervisors, leads, and production employees, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, teamwork, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be a hands-on manufacturing leader with a strong background in industrial production envir

• vironment.Strong knowledge of production planning, workforce management, safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement meth
• odologies.Demonstrated ability to drive operational performance and develop high-perform
