Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Hotel Front Desk Staff to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency. You are a friendly individual who genuinely enjoys being around people and who can manage multiple tasks at once. Previous customer service experience is required. Responsibilities: Greet guests upon entry of hotel to provide positive first impression. Assist guests with the arrival and departure from hotel. Take hotel reservations via telephone confirming guest information, room selection, price, and guarantee method. Understand the importance of responding quickly to guest needs and complaints. Maintain sincere interest in providing stellar customer care. Ability to process information quickly and accurately.
